Cameron Richards is a director and founder of Lonely Kite, a production house known for bold and distinctive storytelling. Previous work includes THE SEA (starring Anna Friel and Russell Tovey) and THE GENERATORS (dir. Georgie Cowan-Turner, backed by BFI Network), which screened at Oscar and BAFTA-qualifying festivals.
Their debut documentary WE’LL GO DOWN IN HISTORY, made in association with Doc Society, had its world premiere at BFI Flare and was viewed over 2 million times in ten days.

Charlie Tidmas
Charlie is a BIFA and Grierson-longlisted writer and director whose work in film and television focuses on intersectional masculinities and trans identity. Charlie was selected to be a BFI Flare x BAFTA Mentee for 2024 and is a BAFTA Connect member. He has received short film commissions from BFI NETWORK and Channel 4’s Random Acts. Charlie’s previous works have placed in the Academy Nicholl Fellowship, screened on Short of the Week with over 970k views, and shown at BAFTA and Oscar-qualifying festivals worldwide. Alongside writing and directing, he works as a script reader and script editor for the BBC and BFI among others. Charlie is also a long-suffering West Ham United fan.
Adam Hudson

Adam Hudson is a Malaysian-British, Grierson-longlisted filmmaker and founder of Full Brightness. He won “Best Cinematography” at Brighton Trans Pride Film Festival for his work on the BFI funded LGBTQIA+ football documentary WE’LL GO DOWN IN HISTORY (2025). This film was selected for the British Council’s “Five Films for Freedom” campaign where it screened in more than ten countries and reached over 2.2 million people worldwide. His production company Full Brightness has had official selections at Oscar, BAFTA, and BIFA qualifying film festivals for documentary and narrative work.

Anna is an award-winning producer and production manager. Anna's expertise is creating compelling documentary content for renowned brands such as Channel 4 News, Vice, BBC, and Sky History.
BFI DOC SOCIETY
Hannah Bush Bailey works across the slate of films supported through the BFI Doc Society Fund. As an executive producer across shorts and feature length documentaries she supports filmmakers both in production and editorially. She has sat on juries for other non-fiction funds, film festival competitions and takes part in forums, markets, and pitches.

Hannah Bush Bailey
Kit Colbourne has worked at Doc Society since 2022 as BFI Production Coordinator, providing administrative and production support across the BFI Doc Society film slate, application processes, and support programmes. Before moving into documentary, Kit built extensive experience in theatre and arts administration, later retraining with a postgraduate course in Film and Television Production. They went on to work with Met Film, contributing to outreach and audience engagement for The Reason I Jump, amongst many other production roles, before joining Doc Society.
